About Me
Kaselehlie & Hafa Adai! My name is Chloe Weilbacher and I am a Pohnpeian graphic designer based in Guam. I graduated from Guam Community College in 2017 with associates degrees in Visual Communications & Marketing. I have done projects for small local businesses, sports clubs, non-profit organizations, chain restaurants and a marketing agency that handles local big brand clients. I'm currently working as a graphic designer for the Office of the Governor of Guam.
